Return Policy

You have the right to return products purchased, within ten (10) working days from the date you received the goods. You only can change products purchased with products of equal or greater value.

Before returning an item, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] mentioning the reason of returning.

Product Return Conditions:

    -the product must not have been used.

    -return must be made within ten (10) calendar days.

    -the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

    -the product is in the condition received by the customer, complete and without deterioration; and its       packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product.

You have the right to return the products you purchased and ask for the replacement for the following reasons:

Wrong product shipment: In those cases where, with proven fault of our company, products were sent to a different design or size than ordered.

Manufacturing defect of the product: In cases where there is a defect in the product, you have the right to return the product and ask for it to be replaced with a same or another product or products up to the amount you paid or at an additional cost if you wish within ten (10) calendar days of receipt.

Change of product: In case you want a simple change of the product you purchased, send by e-mail the product code or codes and size and one of our representatives will communicate with you. Alternatively, you can directly contact our customers service at +302614-011317. The cost of the exchange is 8 euros, which includes the cost of transport for the return of the product (4 euros) and the reshipment of the product (4 euros) you have chosen for replacement.

Cancel an order: For any order cancellation before shipment and delivery you should contact by e-mail and declare your order number.

WARNING!

No refund policy, excepting the events of an error between the order and the delivery or there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

No product can be returned once the ten (10) calendar days period has expired.

*Underwear, Socks and Jewellery cannot be returned.
